I lead the Identity and Access Management program for an enterprise with thousands of employees and a large customer base.
The approach
Standards come first. Clear controls for identity, authentication, privileged access and non-human identities set the target, and tooling and automation are built to meet them. Access is designed around roles, so people get what their job needs.
